DYNASTY HQ — PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: June 19, 2026

Dynasty HQ ("the app," "we") helps a College Football dynasty league track who has readied up each week, plus standings, stats, and league media. This policy explains what we collect and why.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Account info: your email address (for sign-in) or your Sign in with Apple identifier.
- Your league content: in-game screenshots you upload, voice notes you record, quotes and podcast links you post, and the team/league/username names you enter.
- Identifiers: an account user ID and, if you enable notifications, a device push token.
We do not collect location, contacts, health, financial, or browsing data, and we do not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

HOW WE USE IT
Solely to operate the app: authenticate you, show your league its ready-up status, standings, stats and media, and send the ready-up notifications you opt into.

SCREENSHOT PROCESSING
Screenshots you upload are processed by a third-party AI vision service (Anthropic) to extract the on-screen standings and ready-up data. They are not used to train models and are stored only to run the app.

SERVICE PROVIDERS
We use Supabase (database, file storage, authentication, and server functions), Anthropic (screenshot text extraction), Apple (Sign in with Apple), and Expo (push notifications). If you add a Twitch handle, we query Twitch's public API for your live status.

SHARING
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Your league content is visible to members of your league within the app.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time in the app (Settings > Delete account). Deleting your account removes your sign-in, your uploaded content, and your membership; if you are a league's commissioner, the role is handed to another member or the league is removed if you are its only member.

CHILDREN
Dynasty HQ is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
